budget - I don't own one. I do the overtime forecast each month and send it to Dale who owns the budget
4 near miss reports last year, all closed inside a week. no lost time injuries on my shift since jul 2023
did a two day lean yellow belt intro in 2022, Quillmoor paid. never did green belt
