We ran it once

The brief: Invented: a small tea company called Oatlark, run by invented founders Jo and Sam, about to print new packaging. We gave it eight pasted touchpoints (hero line, Instagram bio, pitch deck opener, packaging description, three logos in use, stall banner, newsletter sign-off, three customer comments) and two named competitors, with no analytics and no brand file, and asked for the audit in one go. Fictional; the label is on the page and on the poster. The page carries the skill's text unchanged and only sets it in headings, lists and tables.

It noted there was no brand file and carried on from what we pasted. It gave a six-line scorecard (overall 13 of 30), a note on each dimension, four things that work, five that do not (ranked), and recommendations as now, 30 to 60 days and long term. It tied the problems to our own evidence: three logos, six pouches in six typefaces, a hero line that sounds like a kitchen against a deck that says "disruptive platform", and the customer comment "I didn't realise you were the same people as the Instagram".

What we thought: A sound, plain audit template: six dimensions, evidence for each problem, and a ranked to-do list. Given thin material it stayed with the evidence and said where it was thin. It does not do keep, fix or drop by itself, so ask for it in the same message as the audit. It is a short prompt rather than a method, so the quality comes from the material you paste in. Fine as a first pass before print or a redesign; it will not replace seeing the real assets.

One run by an AI agent on 2026-11-02, at commit 4a0a8b5. No person has judged it, and your result will differ.

Why it was picked

It fills the brand audit gap with a short, sound method: six scored dimensions, evidence for each problem and a ranked to-do list.

Why it exists

Before a redesign, most people cannot say what is working. This puts your own touchpoints side by side and says where they disagree.

What you get

A scorecard out of 30, what is working, what is not with evidence, and a ranked list of changes. Ask in the same message for keep, fix or drop on each item.

How it works

  1. Install it, then remove the skills you do not want.
  2. Paste your site text, bios, deck notes and customer comments.
  3. Ask for keep, fix or drop on every item, and check the result against the real assets.

What it needs

An agent that can run Agent Skills. It does not look at images unless you give it them.

In short

Pick this for a first pass before a redesign or a print run.

Worth knowing

Only the brand-audit skill was read and run. The install command in its README installs all 29 skills in the project, and we looked at none of the other 28, so you may want to delete them afterwards. All 8 commits are from three days in June 2026 and it has not changed since, so it fails our iteration bar: we list it because it fills a gap. It does not give keep, fix or drop unless you ask, and it is a short prompt rather than a method, so the result depends on what you paste in. Scores rest on your descriptions and it says so.
